surs, i need your inputs on these two models. hindi ko na sinama ang innova dahil hindi pasok sa budget.

    Thank you for your time.

    1. mas fuel efficient?, daily driven 72 kms daily kasi though may monthly gas allowance
    2. alin ang mas matibay ang suspension?
    3. in the long run anong mas magtatagal? (baka 10 years ko gagamitin)
    4. steering system (sumakit na ulo ko dati sa rack & pinion- rack and pinion ata GLX se may issue po ba?)
    5. cargo space? for week end out of town and usual na dinadalang gamit ng anak ko
    6. interior (mukhang bare ang XT)
    7. fuel deliver ( alin mas ok sa dalawa, parehas ba?)
    8. cold starting (DI yung XT I assume mas quick, yung GLX kaya?)

please share your inputs on the pros and cons factors na rin Sirs..
first hand information/experience po sana.. salamat

It will take a LOT of time before it reaches 100kmh then it will stop accelerating at around 110kmh.

If I were you, since kasama mo ang anak mo, you'd need something safe (not these two). Get a 2nd hand KIA Carnival LWB (or SWB) CRDI. Mga 2009+ kasyang-kasya na sa budget. Just beware of flooded units. Practice due diligence. It's far far safer and comfortable.

*horsepower - sir, your post duly noted.

72kms daily commute, I assume sa layo niyan mostly highway yan? Matibay na sasakyan naman ito, both in terms of pang-ilalim at makina. Kayang kaya ang lubak at baha. May ilan kaming relatives and friends with this car, and they've got nothing but praises for it.

Mas matipid ito sa dalawa, at mas mataas resale value in the long run.

Kaso walang rear wiper.

    Sir rey7tiam,

Both are good, durable and reliable vehicles. Pros of the XT: Direct injection (no need of heater during start-ups, plus no need to replace coz it doesn't have any glow plugs), Timing Gear (More durable and worry free than belt driven shafts), a little bit wider body than the GLX (load capacity and stance advantage). Cons: Emits more smoke, engine vibrates too much (para kang nasa massage chair he he!). Pros of the GLX SE: Feels more powerful and faster due to Timing belt engine and smaller body, Engine is much smoother and quieter (feels more comfortable), 2nd row A/C vents placed much better than the XT. Cons: Timing Belt.

For business use, I prefer the XT. For family or personal use I suggest the GLX SE.

Dahil din dito mas mahina ang Adventure sa akyatan kesa sa Crosswind, which is why you see many diesel Revo's and Crosswind's as cabs in Baguio but little to no Adventure's.

Mas lalo ring magiging refined ang takbo ng makina neto kung pinatakbo mo ng mabilis for some time (say 70km/h and above). Malaki talaga ang diprensya kapag ginawa mo to, at the end of the day halos parang modern diesel na ang smoothness ng makina mo.

Hazard light switch nasa steering column, pull and twist handbrake, FX type rear air vents... Pero mas malaki siya.

Yung brown interior ng crosswind is a huge pain in my behind to keep clean. Sumuko na din yung kabarkada ko. Now ang dumi na, the dark inerior colors in the older models were better. Maybe isuzu is trying to look more upmarket,

Ginaya nila sana ang Innova and kept the beige to high end variants only... Beige and utility spell disaster.

Honestly speaking im having issues with the adventure i bought recently. Its mainly on the PMS side, masyadong madugo yun price ng DCT. Im spending an averaging 5-6k per PMS. Another issue is their so called warranty claims which i find it wierd, first time i heard of car batteries with 20k odometer reading warranty coverage.

On the good side, its fun to drive and also as a passenger of this vehicle. Slow poke though, avegaging 9-10 km/ liter for pure city driving with load. Being use on a daily basis for my company as delivery unit. Got a GLS sport. If kunti lang difference ng price of the GLX and GLS, try getting the higher model

Ano bang frequency (km in odometer/months) ng PMS? kindly indicate po sana yung corresponding costs.
    sample:
    1,500 KM -estimate cost
    5,000 KM-estimate cost
    ~
Oto ko kasi pinaglumaan so 1st time ko to mag-acquire ng brand new

Grabe naman yan bro! Ano yung mga ginawa sa isang PMS? Just motor oil and filter change couldn't possibly be that expensive... Kung CRDi yan maiintindihan pa eh.
