Parang ganun na nga Sir kasi European based napo kami 1 month in every other year lang siguro uuwi. I like the urvan honestly may 18seater daw compare sa hiace kaso ang gusto ko yung may nguso mahirap kasi mahead on ang mga van ipit driver na most of the time ako magdadrive pag pasyal namin.
Kaya the more seating capacity the better kasi habang wala kami pa rent a van ko mabawi manlang yung yearly insurance, rehistro at maintainance.

I bought a adventure GLX before nagbigay sila ng 100k discount + 20k cash card + 80k voucher chips sa Casino Filipino.

you will be charged a higher premium by the insurance company and you must register with the lftrb if you want your van to be rented out.

Anyway, I think you should just get the most basic Adventure you can live with. For me, as long as it has power windows and door locks pwede na.

No sense getting a TOTL Adventure since it's just as crude as the lower end models.

    No pun intended.

I dont think you need to buy an adventure if you're going to use it only for a month every year. You're better off renting a van.

Take note that this will need PMS, registration, insurance, etc. If you are gonna use it for hire, baka madisappoint ba kapag nakita mo ang brand spanking new adventure mo na laspag na. Probably mas mabilis din ang wear and tear, and PMS interval kung for hire since madalas ang malayo ang byahe ng auto mo. Malamang loaded din yan palagi (luggage and passengers)

    My 2 cents

About rent a van hindi naman to the max na paparentahan.
I guess praktikal na yung glx ano?

i am an ofw and i own gls sport, every 2 months po nkakauwi ako at pag wala ako yung magiina ko ang gumagamit hatid sundo sa school at pampasok ni mrs trabaho.

kundi ka madalas umuwi, i think renting a car is a good option and if your looking for investments why not try other investments. kc po mabilis maluma ang sasakyan tsaka daming gastos sa maintenance.

    hope it helps! Cheers!

Hindi investment ang sasakyan. It depreciates like crazy in its first 5 years.

If you want better use of your money, get rental property. Or if your wife is business-savvy, give her some capital for a startup. You can also invest in the stock market.

Brand new man o second hand.

remember sir kahit di nagagamit ang sasakyan may maintenance pa din yan like change oil every 6 months. hope nkakatulong ako and not to make you confused.

    yup!

    20 percent per year

this is the basis (basis not exact figure which i forgot) for corp. depreciation deductable tax, since you can't deduct such as a business expense except when your in the business of selling such- layman s' term used.

max is 5 years to deduct depreciation?

lahat nman nangarap na magkaroon ng sariling sasakyan, but i just dont get the point na bibili cya pero magagamit lang nya for one month every 2 yrs. so meaning within 5 yrs twice lang nya magagamit

and for the business thing, sa tingin ba nya walng ibang nagpaparent a van dun na mas malaki compare sa adventure? i bet meron dun urvan or hi-ace. pero cyempre desisyun mo pa rin sir.. pangulo lang ako hehe peace!

Unlike dati dalawang pasenger ata pwede isakay.

*endless: i agree above na di sulit bumili ng sasakyan kung 1 month per 2 years mo lang magagamit. why not dyan ka na lng sa Europe bumili ng car para sa family mo? masarap siguro mag-drive dyan lalo sa country side.
