    Help please.

Will be buying my first car this July.

Actually considering two options either Toyota Yaris 1.3E AT or Suzuki Swift 1.2 AT. It'll be mostly for city driving with occasional out-of-town trips like Tagaytay and Baguio (say, once every quarter).

Which do you think is more practical in terms of durability, safety, FC, maintenance, after sales service, and resale value?

    Thanks a lot.

You think I won't face with problems having a 1.3 engine on a bigger body Yaris? Problem is, I haven't seen any reviews yet even in youtube.

are you racing it or are you transporting precious goods inside it?
at least inspect one in the flesh. sit inside it. see if you are comfortable as driver and as passenger.
spend some time in the casa. test-drive if you can. no use getting one if you are not comfortable in it...
    have fun.

It's for everyday use (mostly city driving) not for racing. But then, from time to time will be going to Baguio with possibly three adult passengers. To be honest, not really familiar with the nitty gritty as this will be my first car. Hence, doesn't know what comfortable means.

Malaki ata price difference ng 1.3 yaris sa 1.2 swift. 600k+ lang ung swift while 700k+ ung yaris.

malaki nga ang price difference ng dalawa. nasakyan ko na yung Yaris sa showroom but for Swift, i still have to check it out sa showroom nila. masilip ba yung likod?

Yung Swift 1.4 palang nasakyan ko. Haven't been inside the Yaris yet but if its the same as the Vios, mas maluwag yung Yaris.
