hey guys! If I have that amount of money, what year model, mileage and condition that I can get for Pajero or Trooper or Patrol/Safari or Starex?
I'm living in Baguio and we are family of 3 and most likely travelling down to La Union once a week...I'll appreciate your personal opinions especially to those of you driving these kind of suvs/van.
Other inputs on the brand or model not listed above suited for that money will be much accepted. TNX.

Hmm, among those listed, Pajero makes the most sense...

Shady ako sa Trooper engine past 40K hehe... Patrol medyo malaki sobra and madalas sirain ang interior... Starex van naman, I think ibang category na to...

Check out the Tucson and see if it suits your needs. Major advantage is the warranty.

Tucson is the ideal brand new SUV you can get. The 2.0 gas FWD should be good, but for uphill climbs to Baguio, the 4WD CRDi diesel version might do a better job. It's just over 1M though.

The Innova is also a good choice, but it's not in the SUV category. A slightly used Pajero 2nd gen should be ok as well, so long as it's not from Subic.

2000 and some 2001 Pajero Field Master blister-fender models are still equipped with 4wd. Some are being sold for aroun Php 850k nowadays (manual transmission).

1995 Pajeros are in the vicinity of Php 550k.
