Question lang mga sirs. Currently in the market for a late 90's SUV or AUV, narrowed down my choices to these since sila lang yun medyo reach ng budget ko na 200kish, plus di kakasya yung malaking sasakyan sa garahe ko. 180 inches would be the max length it can accomodate. I'm leaning more towards the 2nd gen crv because of the 3rd row seats.

    1st gen CRV
    1st gen RAV4
    2nd gen CRV

Would appreciate inputs on the following from our fellow tsikoteers:

    - Ride comfort
    - Parts availability - I know where to scour for Toyota parts, yung Honda I'm not too sure
    - AT issues? I heard na yung early gen of Honda CVT has issues
    - FC: I'm expecting city driving to be around 5-7km/l and hiway siguro around 10-12km/l? Is this realistic?
    - Yearly registration cost

The vehicle would be used mostly as a coding vehicle and for weekend trips, 40% of which would be on badly maintained provincial roads. I'll probably keep it while it runs lol so resale value is not really a factor
