700k SUV Suggestions

Currently driving an FD and is looking to upgrade to a 2nd hand SUV or a CUV. Max budget is 700k.

Shortlist include Montero, Fortuner, CX-5 and CR-V.

Priorities are FC, comfort, resale value, cargo space (not a top priority at this point)

Planning to use it in the next 4-5 years.

Any suggestions and what year model and variant?
