If your budget is until 1m, then i would suggest to get the Civic FD 1.8S Sulit. And yes its true that the PMS of Honda is 6 months or 10k km whichever comes first. If you can get an additional 88k, mag Tucson ka na lang

I often drive a Civic FD. And yes, the power is superb. No complaints, even it's FC is great for it's 1.8L engine.

The only complaints that I could give is it's hard seats. But it's bearable. But if you still find the seats hard, then add some comfort my using leatherette seat covers.

The Altis however has comfier seats, BIGGER trunk space and BIGGER engine bay. It could be a better choice since it almost has all the features that the altis could have. And FC could be better since it only has a 1.6L engine.

Slugging issue can be avoided, just follow your PMS ( every 5k ) regularly.

Either of the 2 would be a good choice for you, really. It depends on your wants and preferences.

About the City, forget it. It's small and it's on the different category. Why opt for it if you could get a better one. Unless you find driving an Altis hard enough. :dunno:

test drive, and then decide. :D

Fuel consumption of the Civic M/T that I often use is 8km/l City & 11km/l mixed. Topped up at 12km/l one time.

I shift at 2k~2.2k rpm. Meaning, medyo hataw ako. :bwahaha:

Fuel consumption for the Altis should be higher. Around 9-10km/l City, I think. :D

Mas maluwang ang Civic especially sa back leg room... The Corolla has better boot space though...

I also own a Civic 8km/L in the city is what I get mostly. But mine is A/T...

Honda City 1.5E or Toyota Altis 1.6V
