What car will you buy if you have 100k???

Hope you can help me in what car to buy for my hs graduation gift? any car will do, but my parent's budget for the car is 100k exactly,,,

-it should have power windows and steering
-tipid sa gas for mandaluyong-manila routine
-should be a 4 door sedan

Kahit tipid sa gas, you have to think of tune-up, gas, MMDA fees kung mahuli... etc.

How about the 91 or 92 Nissan Sentra Super Saloon ECCS? All power tapos lamig pa A/C or the last of the small body Corolla 16 valve, all power na yung mga last few units nyan before switching to the big body.

It's buyers market now, so take advantage of it. Meaning, walang pera ang karamihan ngayon because of the spendings during the Christmas season.

For Php100k you can get:

Corolla AE92 - XL5 - 1.3l engine, pawis windows

1993 (+/-) Nissan Sentra Super Saloon ECCS - 1.6l DOHC, cool a/c, all power

1994 (+/-) Mazda 323 (box type) - available in 1.3l and 1.6l, all power, very cheap nowadays

1994 (+/-) Mitsubishi Lancer EX - 1.3l, power steering

I included yung ibang suggestions from above. As for the power windows, just install an aftermarket or surplus power window kit, available in Banawe or Evangelista. Mura lang yun. Isip pa ako ng iba.

I almost forgot that one! hehehe! M-Benz W123 is a good choice as there are models available in diesel. Just make sure you don't have a heavy foot and maalaga ka sa car, it will serve you well. Even if it's old, hey! It's a Benz!

guys before we bought our innnova E this january 2008, we sell our 1993 nissan sentra eccs A/T, sabi nga ng parents ko bakit hindi ko sinabi agad na gusto ko mag kakotse eh di sana daw di na binenta ung nissan... any other car that you can suggest, kahit ma stretched siguro ung 100k to 150k na budget

Ok sana yung Benz w123 as a matter of fact, I own one. Pero ang problema kung hanggang 100k lang ang budget, 99% na bulok ang makukuha mo. It may be a nice car but I don't really find it to be a practical everyday car, my average fuel consumption is around 4.5km/liter city driving, but if its a diesel then it would be a different story altogether.

Kung 150k ang maximum budget pwede na yan pang 93 Corolla GLI (bigbody)

Atsaka poblema if the car is too old baka di ka na makahanap ng spare parts or kung makahanap man pahirapan pa. Go for the big body Corolla na lang kasi daming taxi na ganyan siguradong may parts pa mga yan.
