Best car brand/model for 200,000

Hi,

I'm planning to get our first car and my budget is 200,000. I narrow down my list to Corolla (lovelife) and Mitsubishi but I'm also considering Nissan and Hyundai (Getz). Please help me to choose and clarify things about car brands. I would prefer an automatic transmission but I heard that A/T isn't fuel efficient, is that true? Hope you could help me.

I would rather go for getz because is still not that old, compare than those nifty old car models.
