I've read the previous thread about this two and it's just sad that it has no continuation. Can you share me some insights on the performance of these two this year? I believe the Mirage won the Car of the Year last MIAS.

    Thanks fellows!

Right.80 cars ang nakalaban ng mirage at maraming category para mapiling CAR of the year!
Thats it.

Thank you guys for the entertaining yet informative inputs!

Anyway, what if yung Eon is GLS then yung Mirage is GLX. Parang yun kasi ang halos magkaprice.

Price sir yes.. Pareho sila.. Pero if you need performance I'd go with the Mirage.. Though hindi sila dapat head on collision kasi si Eon ay K-class car (1.0 engine and below) si Mirage nasa sub-compact na.. Pero I'd go for the Mirage rather than the eon..

IMO the Eon will be cheaper to maintain and fuel in the long run compared to the Mirage.

What do current sales of the high-end unit have to do with the availability of spare parts, especially considering the Eon GL is still selling well?

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Yep.. Hyundai is a decent auto maker din naman.. Aside from the Accent 1.4 (which was also on my list).. Good thing may Tsikot at nakapagisip isip ako.. Mitsubishi has been in the industry since I was a baby.. We used to own Mitsubishis din.. My highschool auto was an adventure but when I went college my mom changed it to a Sylvia.. To me, every brand has their pros and cons.. At wala naman sanang basagan ng trip.. Kung gusto ng tao ng Eon at dun nya nakikita yung value ng pera nya so be it.. Kung gusto nila ng Mirage at andun yung tingin nyang value ng pera nya so be it..

Walang kinalaman yung sales ng isang kumpanya sa after sales ng kabila.. Hyundai is very well established and I do not see them pulling out of our country in the next years..

    fanboyism

The collective outlook and behavior of a group of people concerning a subject (movies, games, hardware, comic book characters, etc.) which when challenged results in an antagonistic, passionate, and unreasoned response.

Rampant Fanboyism can be found on most internet message boards when such hot button subjects are discussed. You know a fanboy when you see one.
    Urban Dictionary: fanboyism
