Which Chevy are you talking about?

    Tracker?
    Equinox?
    Blazer?
    Trailblazer?
    Tahoe?
    Suburban?

Dodge has only one SUV - the durango....

What's your budget.....how are you gonna use it....do you need a small engine or a big block v8?

Durango is more rugged and trailworthy than the Trailblazer EXT. TB EXT is more spacious and has a bit more features. Just pick what suits your needs.

I'm not really very fond of GM Quality. At least Dodge is taking lessons from Mercedes Benz.

Even in other markets hindi ganun kaganda rep nila. Their only saving grace sa US is mura ang parts and services for GM.

in fact based on what i hear about the sparepart costs of the expedition, i'd say mas mahal pa parts ng US SUVS than Euro sedans.

    new engine maybe???

but if i really have to choose between the two...

i'd go for Dodge. although it is very well known for its bad rep - my uncle have a '85 Dodge Ram Van- it very well taken cared of and hasn't experienced any problem since... and up to now, they still have it!

as for resale values, check out kelley blue book or better yet NADA

PS: I'm still for VW Touareg and/or VW minibus
