Say Mercato Centrale, a food kiosk there selling meals to the tune of 100 / meal, say naka 200 customer sya so 20k a day. 20k per day x 30 days = 600k / month. I-half natin say breakeven, 300k a month ang kita nya gross sa Mercato. The thing is this is gross so ewan natin kung ano pa overhead nya. But one thing I noticed though with these food park renters eh they have L300FB with them. Symepre dub sakaya lahat plato, panluto, food invnetory etc.

Now, antin and rj royal tru orange expnaded to 3 mercatos na, one in csvite, one in bgc, one in cavite. If these food meechants can only have like L300FB's makaka-branch put sya sa 3 mercatos, but how? Isa lang L300 nya mahal investment 750k each

What if say he loabs 3 tata super ace at the rate of 499 k each srp, so now it's possible form him to branch out in 3 branches. So say 10k per day x 3 days a week x 4 weeks = 120k gross per branch eh hello 499 & lang ang Tata Super Ace or roughly like 30% na ng first month , so let's say RoI of tata Super Ace is isabay na natin sa 3 year warranty ng Tata. So 120k x 36 mionths = 4.23M na. O dipa ba sya bawi dun sa Tata Super Ace nya. Bents nya after 3 years

Ako contemplating on loaning 2 Tata Super asces for our company to replace our sging L300FB . And I get to double our opportunuty at just 250k more (2 Tata Super Ace) vs 1 L300Fb at 750k

So ano pa diba sulit?!

Well for me tata is a good deal at 500 k but if the model is not yet proven its reliability . It will cost more each time its break down. Usually i have 4 to 5 person servicing everyday. If the car broke down . I will at least lose around 7k. The wages and towing expenses plus the time . I dont like crdi on rugged driver and rugged use. They are prone to break down. Especially yun turbos. I have studied y most of old suzuki supercarry is prone to breakdown kasi sobra liit ng engine . High revvingbpwersado kaya nag ooverheat. Pag nag overheat bingkong na cylinder head. Most of the time na ooverload ang mga service unit. Wala naman ang pakialam ang nga driver. Napatingit ako ng suzuki supercarry na bago. Masmalaki sya sa luma pero ang liit ng engine800 cc plus turbo. Mas ginusto ko pa gawin 1.5 to 2 liter natural aspirated. So no maintenace sa turbo.

Same with nissan juke pag white. Gandara..... Napeke pa ako kala ko porshyang puti

Pero other cars like vios white eh dugyot. Pero pag black vios ok naman.

Tama talaga ako sa assessment ko sa looks ng civic....panandaling-aliw ang beauty. Months pa lang wala ng dating. Tinalo pa ng city na years pero mukhang pa din bagong ligo.

Jazz naman kailangan major design overhaul. Panalo na yung 2nd gen tapos biglang bagsak sa design ngayon 3rd gen. Ang comparison ko dito eh parang yung nangyari sa FD to FB

Oh common, what a lame excuse to choose the City over the Civic! The City is a good small car but it is still neither a Civic nor an Accord.
