I need advice on which car to buy as replacement for my 95 Toyota Corolla GLI. How much does this Corolla sell now? With additional P150K to what I can get for this Toyota, which AT car is best for city driving and occasional out-of-town trips? Is it wise to trade-in at used-car shops?

Probably you can sell your corolla around P150K.

With just P150K added to the selling price of your car.. maybe a Sentra 2003 model GS or GX at around 300K would be a good purchase?

2003 Sentra GX 1.3L A/T can be purchased for around 300,000.

Just be careful of ex-taxi units.

I suggest the current-generation Honda City...just search pertinent threads for any feedback on this model.

i would also go for the sentra. 2001-2002 models (AT) are already being sold at the 260-280k range.

^^ i think it is more than the 300k level, so that means, TS will have to shell more than 150k.
