I think one way to make selling and buying a car more easy is use the site below:

After initial contact with both sellers and buyers, the sellers then can blog their location in the site above and give the name of the place they blog to the buyers. This will greatly help those provincial buyers that are not very familiar to NCR/Manila

This work like google earth and very easy to use....the tools are in the left upper corner of the screen. While the search bar is in the upper right...you can search the name of the place you want to view.
