what to buy, 2001 4x2 frontier, 1998 crv, 1996 safari or 1996 local pajero, 2001 adv?

since meron na akong nakitang prices sa mga choices ko, pls help me decide what car shud i buy, shud i go for 2001 4x2 frontier * 400t, 1996 local safari * 460t, crv 1998 * 430t, 1996 pajero local 480t or 2001 adventure diesel SS * 370? i tried a pajero surplus before kaso binenta ko agad since marami akong nakitang deperencya.. purpose ko lang ng car is pwd kung ibyahe sa province namin cguro twice a year lang.. 1 lang anak namin kaya ok lang kahit d masyado malaki makuha ko. i will plan to buy the car pag uwi ko this august 17.. tnx

I'd go with the CR-V... though alam ko yung 1998 mas luma yung engine kesa yung 1999-2000 na models.

Though malayo pa ang Aug to scout for a car... for sure medyo mag drop pa yung prices by around July.

tnx for the info, yun din plan ko sana CRV kac wife ko lang gagamit palagicg since d ako magtatagal sa pinas, mataas din daw resale value ng CRV sabi ng tito ko. magkano po ba fuel ratio ng CRV city driving?

the 1st generation crv has two engines, the b20 and the b20z. latter has a flat intake, former has a tall "giraffe" style intake. you'll know when you open the hood...old engine b20 has a garish looking tall intake. b20z has 20+ additional hp and is generally an upgraded version...iba yung pistons, ect ect..

crvs are very very reliable. i own one, hehe. get this na lang kung issue sa inyo yung size and fuel economy. if not, get the patrol...power and massive size will ensure the safety of you and your family. and angas pa. tapos pwede mo pa dalhin sa taas ng bundok...

CRV will be the most comfortable to drive and ride and pinaka ok for your wife.

The later model GEN I CRV's benefitted from increased horsepower. Later model GEN I's also have an O/D OFF switch on the end of the gear lever (none on earlier models).

The Frontier and Adventure suspensions are quite stiff owing to their truck ancestry.

The Patrol and Pajero are also trucks, but are more civilized than the Frontier or Adventure. Though you will never forget that you are still riding a truck.

tnx for the reply guys.. cguro CRV na talaga kunin ko pag uwi.. tama lang po ba sa price * 430t 1998 CRV or kuha nalang ako 2000 CRV * 500t? alin po ba sa dalawa maganda? ano po ba pinagkaiba nung 1998 CRV saka 2000 CRV?

If meron ka ma kuha CRV 2000 or late 99 less than 500k kunin mo na yun. Difference ng dalawa is the engine(+20HP), door handles(chrome), meron overdrive yung matic, stereo colored bumpers. I think mas comfortable yung misis mo dito compared sa other choices mo.
