Dealer's Invoice Price

Does anyone know how I could get some inside information like dealer's invoice price? Or is there some net service in the Phils that provide insider info for car buyers so they can negotiate a price lower than MSRP, even lower than invoice, like in the US?

I don't think there is such a report at least for the public viewing. But if I remember correctly, someone once told me before that a dealer's margin is usually around 6-7%
