I would suggest g4 gx. Cheapest sedan you can buy. Para ROI agad. Big trunk and fuel efficient. Last time i ask 470k lang with discount

Kabisadong kabisado nila, kahit saan may piyesa, kahit sinong mekaniko marunong mag-ayos.

+1 maintenance costs low since engine is 3 cyl. Fully featured pa with keyless start, ABS, GPS. FC as claimed is 19 but in the city, you might go 13-15.

Bro gls na yung fully featured e. Eto bare na bare lang. Hehe. Pang driver lang ok na ok yan. Matipid.

Pag ikaw mismo magdrive i agree above. Accent diesel. May pang gala ka pa. But i suggest with trunk. Sayang customer

For Uber/Grab, get a secondhand Mazda 2 1.3 MT. Ultra low resale value is good for you. Engine is as efficient as that of the Vios. Fun to drive too.

ok din nga ung mirage g4 mas mura. kamusta cya sa highway? ung kukunin ko kasi na sasakyan is mainly for grab and at the same time pang personal na lakad. i have an old school pajero gen 2, medyo lugi ako sa krudo minsan pag ngout of town tpos misis ko lang at 2 anak ko ang sakay tpos wla masyado bagahe. ill keep it though para sa mga maramihan na sakay.

about sa accent panong mahal ung maintenance? ngaun lang kasi ako gagamit kung sakali ng crdi, kasi nga old school diesel sa kin.

    Thanks to everyone!

From the choices you mentioned, for Uber/Grabcar I would get the Vios. Pros are lower cashout and ease of maintenance will mean earlier ROI. Cons are your rides might get cancelled by choosy riders lol

As for Accent being the one of its class being a diesel.. As we all know, Vios ang pinakamurang i maintain. Pero there are other factors pa kasi. Ano na ang naging advantage ng City?

pag dating sa langis wla ako problema ngbebenta ako langis eh. hehehe. pero i would agree na less maintenance ang vios beng a gas fed vehicle. gano kalaki difference ng pms between gas and diesel

about sa cash out, mas malaki cash out na hinihingi sa kin ng toyota, 82k, sa accent 68k. pero still nghahanap pa ko ng best option.

In my opinion kung pang grabcar or uber with a little private use i'd go with almera. Cabin Space is good for your family needs even for out of town trips with a 1.5ltr.engine for more grunt when you need it and the best a/c when times get really hot. Also cheap to maintain. Price is very good too. More value for your money.

For casa Pms i think at least 20k pms would be enough although it's really up to you sir.
