kakagaling lang namin kanina sa honda magallanes... ok nman... pero walang wala sa service and attention na binigay samin ng chevy pasong tamo :-)

and sa mazda GH... super asikaso sila samin kanina.. (cguro kc alam nilang sure buyer lols)

does dealership matter? as of now, maraming honda na lemon, lalo na pag city. kahit mala-anghel ang bait at abot langit ang ngiti ng mga salesman ng isang dealer, walang kwenta lahat iyan pag-lemon na honda ang napunta or nabigay sayo. as of now, di masasagot ang tanong na which honda dealer is the best until honda improves its worksmaship and/or recalls and replaces the lemon units it sold. pag depektibo ang produkto or may mga depekto ang ibang mga produkto na dini-deal ng isang dealer, pangit na ring yong dealer. tsaka sinunggaling pa sila pag sabihin sayo na yong "dating" rattling dashboard problem ay na-address na sa planta, e hindi pa rin pala. :rant: :rant: :rant:

tama, mga cute nga ang mga taga-sales ng HondaKal..ung ex-gf ko taga-doon dati eh.

bias-aside, oks naman ang service doon sa HondaKal. never akong nag-reklamo sa after sales service nila. when i had my unit re-painted there, they voluntarily re-painted the entire side of the car para pantay ung kulay nya. they just charged me a bit extra for the impromptu 1/2-side hilamos. plus they gave me a generous amount of touch-up paint for my future painting needs

mas ok talaga ang mga dealership ng mazda with regards to after sales service.. honda dealerships do not impress me.. ang babagal kumilos.. sa honda libis.. pag pasok mo sa service area.. nakatayo ka na ng matagal.. parang walang nakikita yung mga service advisor.. talagang iiwas pang tumingin sa yo...workmanship is really bad.. everytime pinapasok ko auto ko dun.lalong palyado pag lumalabas ng casa...

yup...msayadong stereotyped ang honda magallanes..me and wife went there wearing casual dress..as in naka shorts lang and sandals...sales personnel gave us a not so warm reception...as if feeling busy na keso daw she needs to attend to other customers..eh 3 lang kaya kaming andun sa showroom..hayyyy...this made my wife leave and we went directly to mazda greenhills...lo and behold....with the same attire...we never expected to be handled as one of their valued customers..yun tuloy...bumili si mrs ng triby...hehehehehe..aftersales?...sitll no hassle...customer satisfaction at its best....try nyo....heheheheh

Same experience sa Honda Magallanes. I went there and no one approached me when I entered. I had to ask the guard to call a salesperson. Ayun pag dating nakasimangot.

Honda Alabang used to be good ... but my personal experience with their service turned bad in 2004. I am no longer a Honda vehicle owner.

Try Sta Rosa, the new dealership. Di pa siguro sila feeling "prestigious" and still know basics of customer care.
