i kinda like the 2008 version.
tama ba paningin ko...the front bumper seems to be a lot taller, occupying the space where the hood would normally extend to. interesting, i'm guessing that it's for those minor frontal collisions, i.e. bumper lang kelangang palitan, no body work needed.
2008 vios looks better. Syempre newer models is much much better at may mga additional pang mga features siguro.

you can only judge by pictures, but still only PICTURES. iba ang istura or dating minsan pag in the flesh. and besides no specs pa sa local release.
Lets wait for the arrival of 08 Vios and judge first before commenting. Lets test drive it and wait for the Philippine specification. It will be best selling sub compact. I wish na wag gamitin tong pang taxi.
wait for its arrival and I know the Tsikoteer will the be first to know the specification and its design.

kahit na gawin taxi, wag lang mahal!
babaan naman sana ang presyo
Mukhang Yaris na sedan. Sa US, Yaris sedan nga sya.

I like the older Vios more. The new model has the shape of the Honda City na e.
saw one yesterday...looks dorky without the body kit...![]()
hayy still same engine with the current vios??..kelan ba nila papalitan yung 1nz,2nz ? hehehe..kahit gawing cvt man lang yung tranny ...
The front and body looks a lot like the current Honda City. And sana, hindi nasa gitna ang gauges. Hindi talaga ako masanay sa ganun.
The new Vios is roomier inside, at least based on the figures published in the Thai website.
Safety-wise, it has garnered a "good" rating from the IIHS, provided the car is equipped with its complete airbags.
