Thank you sir. May enough parking space naman po since 3 lang naman yung sa akin. Yung 8 po ay sa mga kapatid ko at magulang namin na pwede naman kami maghiraman.

You should specify what those 11 cars are to cross them out of the options as mentioned.

I don't even know how you could maximize the use of a 4th car? It's just a waste of money esp since it is brand new. I could not even use my third car it ended up literally rotting in the garage when I sold it. I think 2 cars are enough for one person esp since you can borrow from your siblings and parents.

Maybe you should sell the third car and add the P1.5M to buy a more expensive car?

Kung single at mag isa gagamit (like me) i would opt for either a hatch (m3, accent, jazz etc) or a CUV (juke, cx3, hrv) a few mods here and there (wheels/tech etc) and invest the rest.
