Mirage GLS 1.2 CVT. 648k but has all the features you need already. Also very fuel efficient.

For something less than 700k, the Mirage is one good package. Increase your budget to 800k and now you are looking at the 2014 City E or Jazz E or Fiesta Trend or Vios.

Hatch. It's cheaper at 648k vs 718k for the sedan. Unless you badly need the rear seat and cargo space, the hatch drives better and has all the features you need. Looks much better too, but that's just my opinion.

Sa budget na yan mag 2nd hand kana na Jazz or 2012 lancer EX 1.6 tipid din sa gas.
Makakakuha ka na dyan ng good as brand new unit. Tiyaga lang sa paghahanap
huwag pag nakakita ay yun na. Mas alaga pa value ng pera mo.
