    ^ you can tell the agent that you will inspect the unit prior to release. Tell him/her to make sure that there is no damage or scratch and they better check everything. This way, sa kanila pa lang, aware na sila na dapat pulido. May processo naman po yan sa lahat ng casa pero its better u be honest with the agent or the supervisor that you expect nothing less.

    Sir, when you say "delivery" does it mean na idedeliver sa bahay yung vehicle?

    Delivery means when the dealer hands over the unit to you.

    ^Meron dapat yan, esp features that are uncommon to other cars. Malas mo lang siguro pag natapat ka sa agente na newbie at wala pang in-depth training
