Guys, just wanna ask if a 97 civic vti with racing filters, cd/mp3 stereo, 16" racing mags, fresh look (in and out) at 230K, is a good buy?

I don't think that a 9-year old car would have a 50k or below mileage. or even below 100k. Unless the car is used for weekends only or has a tampered odometer. Just my 2 cents.

those accessories are cheap, you should not think of them when considering purchase of this car

So, halos di mo pala nagagamit ang kotse mo.

daily used 20km san juan to binondo5x a week = 100km/week * 4 = 400/ month * 12 = 4,800 / year . In 10 years more or less 54k km occational out of the city travel. right now my 2002 strada is 4 years old but its at 24k km mileage. So its really possible to have a low mileage car

Ah okay. That explain it. Very short city ride. Like what Globe Telecom is saying, "Posible"

Ako when I buy, aside from the mileage I also check where the usual route of the car is...baka kasi lagi sa baha dumadaan or sa malubak or maalikabok or kung mya roofed parking yung owner....para na rin may idea ka sa ibang mech'l parts. Then I check the inside of the body sa mga fender areas kung may pukpok or yung paint finish kung original pa at may re-touch. Pero 230k is a best buy na sa value ng 97 civic vti...going rate is about 250 to 300 pa nga minsan.

Is it a good buy?....
