I beleive all these are important in considering to buy a new vehicle. Personally, BRAND and SAFETY would come as my top priorities. Although EXTERIOR/INTERIOR are essential, as a young professional - PRICE is sadly on top of this when considering to buy a vehicle. But these days, it isn't so difficult to find a vehicle that follows my priorities, which is a good thing!

ang hirap naman pumili!! when we got my bro's city, we considered 2 options, the engine (especially the fuel economy) and the interior (which is light years ahead of the vios, IMO)

I look at the tech specs, exterior design and finally the badge it wears. The badge basically indicates whether depreciation is bad or good. I'd also go with something not a lot of people would have as much as possible.
