    sa bagong rule ng bagong sasakyan ng 3-years ang rehistro, mattransfer ko ba ng hassle free yun? ung insurance kung sakaling under 1 year palang, maililipat ba sa akin (kasi diba comprehensive ang 1st year?).

    magagamit ko din ba ung warranty claim kung sakaling nagka-prob ang sasakyan ng biglaan?

    kasi mom gonna buy a car, e brand-new ang gusto, mga sub-compact kasi daw pang 500T-750T lang ang budget..e kaysa sub-compact, hahanap ako ng compact(FD civic/altis/focus) na "owner-leaving" or pinagsawaang unit ng mayayamang kapwang pinoy natin (ung mga kung magpalit ng kotse para lang nagpapalit ng damit)

    kung covered pa ng warranty siyempre magagamit mo pa din. kaya nga yung iba inaadvertise na under warranty pa.

    yung comprehensive insurance naman hihingi ka lang ng endorsement letter sa 1st owner para magamit mo pa yung rest of the remaining insurance. yun nga lang paginendorse na sa iyo dapat ipalipat mo na din yung registration sa name mo.

    better yet pagnalipat na sa name mo yung car get a new comprehensive insurance. one-year pa din naman validity non eh di masyado mabigat kung sakaling may mangyaring masama sa car.

    sa pagkakaalam ko, yong sa rehistro pwede mo naman palipat yan sa pangalan mo kahit naka-3 years yong rehistro. basta kumpleto ka naman sa mga dokumento, papalitan lang yata yong registro nung orig owner to a new one in your name(as well as the C.R.)

    yong insurance naman, magagamit mo pa rin as long as na-endorse ka nga nung dating may ari.

    There should be no problem on the change of ownership as long as the docs are in order.

    Get the OR/CR, Chassis VIN and engine number, then run them by the Traffic Management Group.

    A person once backed out of a loan when we asked for this information for the car they were going to use as collateral... ...even just asking makes it seem like you know what you're doing... hehehe.
