Need help regarding my situation:

Bought our car from a third-party reseller. 50% down, balance payable over two years. The car's ownership was transferred to the creditor.

A few months after that nagparehistro ako with the reseller's help. Non-appearance ginawa namin. Humingi sya ng extra money dahil originally naka-rehistro daw sa Ilocos at kelangan ilipat. So after spending almost 5k naayos naman lahat at nakuha namin ang stickers and OR. The CR went to the creditor.

A year after that nagparehistro uli ako. The car is still under the creditor's name. Sabi ng reseller fax na lang daw nya CR sa akin at ako na bahala. Walang problema when I had the car registered at Pasig. 100 petot as usual change venue. 2500++ plus 3 hours wait tapos na ako.

This month final payment na namin. We'll be getting the deed of sale from the creditor. Then I'll be jumping through hoops sa TMG at LTO para magpa-change of ownership. Sa tingin nyo may problema pa kaya?
