Question po sa deed of sale:

a. Since foreigner ang bibilhan ko ng car, pwede bang passport number na lang instead of CTC?
b. Short bond paper lang ho ba ang CTC kung ako mismo gagawa? Sa National kasi meron pero handwritten ang important info so I didn't buy it pero napansin ko, nakaprint sa long bond paper.
c. Yearly ang car registration, correct?

Hi newbie here but so far the threads have been very informative...

Would anyone know of updated rates for TMG/HPG clearance in Pasig? Am thinking of going there since it is the closest to me but I feel that P1250 is a bit too much especially kung 300 lang ang receipt ng payment sa Landbank like they say.
