mga sirs, paki-clarify naman po, kasi i have been reading this thread and mostly ang advice is to do the change of ownership and registration at the same time. However, may pagka-OC po talaga ako, so I already want to process the transfer of ownership na nung nabili kong 2nd hand car kahit sa October pa ang schedule for renewal of registration. Ano po ba ang disadvantages nito maliban sa pagpunta ko ulit sa LTO sa October (btw, balak ko din kasi itransfer ng venue ang registration sa October para mas malapit na)? Kapag inuna ko po ba ngayon ang change of ownership eh may uulitin akong proseso sa renewal? Or may madadagdag po ba na expenses? Balak ko po kasi ako mismo ang aasikaso dahil ayoko magtolerate ng fixers, any advice will be appreciated po.
