Pwede na ba akong mag sumbong sa DTI sa binili kong sasakyan sa toyota, wala paring OR CR 2 months na, follow up ako ng follow up hanggang mapunta ako sa lto liason officer sa casa, sabi nya wala pa raw CSR kaya hindi maipasa sa LTO.

I don't mean to be rude, but why are you asking us about the casa branch manager's work hours when you are the one dealing with the casa? You have time to call them on Friday or next week to check about your query. But there is no point to ask a forum about a "casa branch manager's schedule" because, most likely, no one here can answer you for any certainty.

Yan lang daw yung kulang kaya hindi ma I pasa pasa sa LTO district office, biruin mo kung hindi ako nag fofollow up at pinabayaan ko siguradong aabot ng 5 or 6 months bago mo makuha or cr mo, btw sa sabado kausapin ko muna yung branch manager tungkol dito hayss

May mga reklamo rin dyan sa dealer na yan umaabot ng 5 months bago makuha or cr tsk tsk tsk. Wala ng after sales once naka benta na sila lalo't cash ka kumuha ng unit dyan sa dealer nayan pabayaan ka nila.
