January 4th, 2011 06:36 PM #2Personally, I wouldn't buy a car just because it is lady-owned. Generally, ladies may care much about their personal appearance but they don't give a damn about how their car's mechanical (maintenance is often neglected unless there is someone else to take care of it) or even cosmetic condition (scratches are often neglected as well). I should know because I have quite a few relatives who are so and I'll state one example. Yung isang auntie ko '93 Lancer GLXi ang kotse, by 1999 sobrang sirain na ang car (although the outer appearance is still fine) so much so na kailangan na ibenta at nagpa-trade in ng 2nd hand na Sentra LEC-PS (bakit kaya nag-downgrade?!?!), yung kapatid niya (so uncle ko yan) bumili ng ganun ding Lancer GLXi the following year, binenta lang this year with the engine still in tip top shape even after more than 200000kms of running around Baguio and Metro Manila and the places in between.
After looking around Sulit, I found that the market price of '04 Civic 2.0's are anywhere in between 400-550k. Personally, I like this version more than the FD. It's interior looks more conservative and luxurious. Much like the Accord I should say, especially those Optitron gauges and sporty black leather interior. Here are some for you to consider.

Tignan mo iyong mga ilalim ng carpet kung may kalawang at iyong mga nakatagong bagay kung may marka ng putik . Pag sobra mura magduda ka na at location noong binilan mo sasakyan.
