Not sure how updated this list is, but the Wigo AT is more than P400K (http://www.toyotapricelist.com/):
TOYOTA WIGO 1.0 G AT Php534,000.00
TOYOTA WIGO 1.0 G MT Php499,000.00
TOYOTA WIGO 1.0 E MT Php448,000.00
For reference:
Mirage 1.2L GLX CVT a/t P553,000.00
Mirage 1.2L GLX m/t P503,000.00
What about SUVs, have you been able to scout around? And if so, what are in the price range?

If you just need a car to move around and with that budget, I would suggest the following:
The newest that you can get are:
Hyundai I10
Most practical are:
Honda Jazz
Honda City
Toyota Altis
Toyota Vios
Without worrying too much about floods:
Honda CRVLast edited by Mguy; June 17th, 2014 at 08:17 PM. Reason: Nabago ang budget
