If you are not in a hurry you can check the list of bank repo cars. Paminsan-minsan meron low mileage late model units in your price range. Last week sa psbank i saw a 2016 nissan almera E a/t with 36k on the odo for only 290k and another 2018 almera E a/t with only 9k on the odo for 380k. Pero kanina when i checked sold na agad. And these are a/t models. Pag m/t mas mura pa.

i believe efi offers less problems down the road.

Malaking bagay na kakilala mo seller. Though I'm not a fan of Lancer. For 350k, I'd go for an altis or civic.

I find it kinda high for a 10yr old Lancer....unless it's still is in mint showroom condition w/ preserved new car smell.

those lancers are more passenger-spacious than the similar-priced altis.
altis seems (to me) to be more gas-conscious, and parts are easier to source.
    i have experienced driving both.

Agree on this... 10years old sedan should be 150-200k...
Pero sa pinas, ang honda nasa 250k above... [emoji15]
