Good day guys!
Cause I have a 1st Gen CR-V and I want to trade it to a sedan.
For example, Ang value ng V ko is 200k then yung value ng unit na gsto ko is 400k, would it be fine if I trade my car then diretso monthly nalang yung remaining balance or kailangan may certain percentage pa sa remaining balance ang I-down before mag monthly.

depende na yan sa usapan sir kung paano ung terms and for how long. pero if you had the cash already then 200k na lang straight cash for trade-in.

Why not try to sell your car to a private person first and use the profit to buy another car either from a used car dealer or a private person?

You'd probably get the fair and average market value for your old car. Medyo low baller kasi ang trade in eh

yes, pwede sa Casa may trade-in din sila. But they have to make necessary detailing and pms sa tsikot mo after you sell it kaya mas mababa ung trade-in price normally ng tsikot mo compraed when you sell it to a private individual.

for example honda city 2k9 value is 440k then ang appraisal ng V ko is 200k. yung remaining 240k is pwedeng installment.

And problem is may history kasi ng accident, driver side fender yung tama.

Isa-isahin mo nalang. We have experience with Carland at Boom na Boom complex near Macapagal and Roxas. Our '06 Tribute 2.3 came from there, and so did a family friend's Toyota Granvia. So far so good with both cars.

If the price is okay with you then just trade it in to get rid of the car. We do that even if we won't get max value when we just want to bypass the hassle of selling and waiting. If not,we also just choose to sell it at a low price if it's a friend or relative who's buying (and they will make use of the car).

there is a saying.. everything will sell, if offered at the right price. the lower the price, the faster it will sell.
maybe your V won't sell because the asking price is too high.. remember, these bayan sellers are there to make a profit.
it is also possible, something in your car turns off potential buyers.. the color.. the mileage.. the clutter inside.. even your address, your house or neighborhood!
