HELP! Encumbered CR

Help Please...Newbie here...

1. Do you need to bring the car to LTO if you want to secure a new CR without the encumbered remarks? (Release of Mortgage is already annotated in RD)
2. Can you register your car in any LTO branch (sample in Batangas but the original registration is in Quezon City)?

#2 - no you cant. you need to go to the LTO branch the original CR was released.

# 2. our car was registered in Pasig initially, when the chattel release was issued, we registered the car in our place (we gave all the necessary docs but we did not go to the original LTO branch) We just paid all the fees.

Iyon ng LTO Branch ang maglalakad ng necessary papers and transfers...

Suggest ko maghanap hanap ka pa ng ibang for sale na malinis na yung papers at hindi open deed of sale. Baka sumakit lang kasi ulo mo sa pag process nyan to transfer to your name.
