Should i buy 2018 Honda City vx navi cvt

I'm working abroad right now and i'm planning to buy the 2018 honda city vx navi cvt , i'll be back in the philippines on december . Should i buy it right now or just wait the 2019 model ? I'm thinking if the price of the 2019 model will be more expensive because of the excise tax ? Maybe you can help me decide. And can you guys tell me about its fuel efficiency and about the spare parts (mura and madaling hanapin ba) and about the maintenance/durability ng honda salamat sa mga sasagot

Since you are buying in the future, I would suggest saving up to get the Civic 1.8L instead. The Civic is better car overall than a City.

If you don't need a car now, don't buy.

Nakita mo naman increase ng City from last year diba, 50k lang. Kaysa bibili ka ng kotse, itatambak mo lang sa bahay kasi OFW ka, so magdedepreciate lang sa garage mo. Not worth the "savings".

3Q or 4Q ka nalang bumili.
- walang bagong excise tax for 2018/2019 aside from the one being implemented starting Jan 2018
- kung wala din namang gagamit ng sasakyan mo at magiging garage queen lang din, better to delay muna yung purchase
- yearly naman may update ang mga sasakyan to change the status quo, pero napakadalang na very ground breaking ito unless all new model. normally mga konting facelift/accessories lang.
- Honda is pretty durable/reliable and parts are ample since locally made din to.
- don't lock your choice with the City, malay mo may mga dumating na ibang models na mas tugma sa needs mo

unless you badly need the vehicle (for family needs siguro), then that is the only time mas ok bumili na agad.

Naisip ko kasi bka tumaas uli price dahil sa excise tax na yan and nka promo kasi cla ngayon kaya naisip ko kung kukuha ako pero tama nman mga sabi nio slamat sir and God Bless

What do you mean naka promo? Low DP? I’d stay away from that if I were you?

Nagtaas na ang City this January ng 38k due to excise tax. Kung mag increase man yan sa december konti na lang.

anong promo tinutukoy mo, low down? outright cash discount? wag kang magalala, laging may mga ganyang promo buong taon.
ngayon, kung ang tinutukoy mo eh corporate discount (e.g. 100K discount sa Honda City since employee si spouse o kapatid mo ng company X pero dapat iavail until Feb 28, 2018) aba wag mo na yang palampasin.
not sure sa pyesa, pero two of my friends own a City at di naman sila umaaray sa maintenance/parts.

Better buy on December, a new look or other car option of the same range maybe available. Dont worry about the price increase or promos avail right now. Promo is available all year. Prices are already adjusted so no need to worry for another increase. Honda City is a reliable car it is locally produce kaya parts madali lang.

Toyota Altis 1.6V i guess they are almost of the same price Honda City VX Navi CVT. Just for your reference
