Actually I'm not sure if I post this in right forum. Anyway if mali then Mods kindly re-route it to proper forum.

I would like to know to legal tsikoteers expert here what a vehicle purchase agreement look like because one of my client is asking for a purchase agreement between my company and my supplier.

ang pagkaka-alam ko is in general Purchase Agreement is an agreement between to parties in which one of party agrees to buy/procure items from another party.

For example, two companies, Comp. A (buyer) and Comp. B (seller)

Purchase Agreement between Comp. A and Comp. B stipulates that Comp. A will only buy their requirements from Comp. B unless the required parts are not in stock.

another stipulation on a PA is after a certain period, there will be price reviews.
