An acquaintance recently grabbed a good Vios to resell....patience ran short & gave it up sans gains. It sometimes is a waiting game. The Hi-ace seems to have a good steady demand.

Would add, adventure, crosswind or anything doubles as utility since your target market is baguio and its nearby places.

Mas mabilis turnover kung Innova or AUVs like Xwind or Adventure. Patok sa mga probinsiya yan. Sedans not so much.

Diesel Toyotas. Definitely easy to sell. I see you live in Baguio. Probably lesser demand for sedans there. It seems to me provincial folks tend to stick with the established brands. Have a good look at what cars you see the most in your place. Toyota, Isuzu and Mitsubishi utility vehicles should be quite easy to sell there. As for matic or manual, I suppose that depends on the car. For comfort or lifestyle oriented vehicles, manuals may be harder to sell. For workhorse vehicles like AUVs or pickups, manuals may be what buyers want the most.
