    hi peeps. plano kong magpa-washover so i want my plates also to look new pra astig. (current plates kase medyo maraming yupi, mahirap linisin, natatanggal na paint, etc.) type ko rin kase yung bagong rizal monument LTO plate eh. pwede kaya? pano at magkano? thanks a lot.
