i think the LTO manila east is at san marcelino street, manila. its the next block after adamson university going to makati from manila.

LTO Manila-East. Take Aurora Blvd., Cubao going to Manila direction. Your landmarks would be SM Centerpoint, Discovery, and Stop and Shop. At the traffic light of the intersection of Stop and Shop, you should keep right na. The road is sloped downwards. When you get to the bottom, there used to be a Petron gas station to your right, may sakayan ng jeep. Turn right ka duon. Maraming tricycle kang makikita pagpasok mo. 3rd corner, turn left tapos derecho ka lang. Your next landmark would be the Iglesia ni Cristo Church, which is accross LTO-East.

this is exactly manila east or MEDO in your registration...

also this used to be along r. magsaysay before the corner or v. mapa... then transferred to v. mapa... and now located at pureza area

kungpapa transfer ka ng ownership, baon ka ng maraming pasensya at ng pera... they will do anything to squeeze any amount from you...

Yup, tama ka IMPULZZ. The asst. cheif's name is Ben Serafica. Madali siyang kausap basta may sense questions mo. Do not deal with those hao siaos who try to approach you when you park your car. Deal with legit LTO people, pero syempre, may mga bata-bata yan, kaya alisto ka lang.

kung galing ka san juan, take santolan towards crame, pag dating sa may horse shoe drive mag fork yung road take the one in the middle street, C. benitez, yung may North park Kopi tyam. just follow the c, benitez till you see a building that looks like a chocolate castle, P. tuazon na yun. turn right to edsa. a few meters from the corner you will see chrome dazzler on you left then a few more meters more an old building housing the LTO office. dala ka ng driver kasi konti lang parking nila sa likod.
