Are there real danger in Open deed of sale

Havent sell a car to a buy and sell guy though but have talk to some people
who says they wont sell their car again who will just hand them a blank deed of sale and let them sign it.

well it makes sense i mean will that blank piece of paper will hold as evidence if makapatay kotse mo and inabandon yung sasakyan? Well even mapayunayan mo na you were not driving malaking perwisyo pa din.

Or are there any other ways?

Well usually kung blanko deed mo, both parties should have adequate proof that the transaction took place. Usually ginagawa may side contract acknowledging the sale, with proof of identity like licenses from both parties and witness.

i have sold 2 previous vehicles with an open deed of sale.

i asked the buyer to sign 1 complete deed of sale (he can have 3 blank copies), plus an ackowledgement receipt, and as what theveed stated, photocopies of the i.d of the buyer.

Im really newbie and clueless about this "open deed of sale".

Im planning to sell my car and its not yet fully paid.

For sure somebody here already did this.

What i would like to know is what i should do regarding with the transaction and the documents.

I do have a template for the "deed of sale" but not really sure what to do with it.

Please do enlighten me.

Bumili kasi ako ng 2nd hand car pero tinatamad ako ilipat sa name ko. Kung ibebenta ko uli bigay ko lang yung unang deed of sale namin ng 1st owner, at bagong deed of sale ng namin ng buyer?

Dami kasi ako naririnig may mga kopya sila ng open deed of sale e para kung sakaling ibenta uli.
