what's the dos and donts when buying used cars? technical and administrative considerations. paano ba yung transfer of name? saka ung registration sa bagong pangalan?

do's
-test drive the vehicle and make sure the owner shuts up so you can listen to the car and to the noises it makes.
-make sure the test drive happens on imperfect roads so the suspension (and other car bits) gets a workout.
-make hard accelerations and braking, driving like a grandma is not something to do in this case.
-when you talk to the owner, ask about the service history and other possible noteworthly items about the vehicle and do make physical inspections if it does check out.

may alam ako nakabili ng used car from the 2nd owner, mga 1 year palang sa kanya ang sasakyan, hinuli ng TMG sabi carnap daw, tiningnan ung paper na kita ung engine number tampered, pero napa register, papaano maiiwasan ang ganitong problema?

IMO, if you're interested in buying a car, get the plate number, have a copy of the OR & CR then go to TMG for verification.

get the plate # and ask kung saan dealership nabili. then call the dealership to check kung may major repairs na ginawa na sa car.

Compare the OR chassis number and the vehicle chassis number. for sure if u dont want to buy a carnap one.

ganon nga ang ginawa ko sa last na tiningnan namin na CRV, 2002 model, magkaiba ung pangalan sa OR at CR.

Un na-meet naming may-ari lalaki, pero un nasa OR/CR parehong babae, tapos ang address sa Lanao Del Norte, pero dito binebenta sa QC ang kotse.

usually ba dapat mapakita na ung mga papers ng kotse bago magkasundo sa presyo?
