Sa alam ko you will need a copy of board resolution from the company in addition to the usual requirements such as deed of sale and various clearances.

nung bumili ako dito sa office, ung company na ung nag-asikaso lahat ng papers...tanong nio rin po sa company nio, baka sila na rin lahat

deed of sale and secretary's certificate from the company, nakabili ako dati pldt. Sila na ang nagbigay nyan.
