Are you looking for a used car with cruise control? If you are, you might want to narrow it down to a particular segment (sedan, SUV, etc) or price range so that people can give relevant suggestions. 😊

Maybe previous generations of Subaru vehicles and some of the older midsize cars have cruise control. If budget permits, get the current generation.

^^^ Not sure about 7th gen Accords having cruise control but you can always check it out. I think the 8th gen Accord has cruise control as a standard feature.

Affirmative. We used to have a 2004 Accord 3.0V6, and right side steering wheel controls are for cruise control.

IIRC, succeeding Accord V6 models actually don't have cruise control anymore.

Affirmative. We used to have a 2004 Accord 3.0V6, and right side steering wheel controls are for cruise control.
