Di ka tali sa dealer kung saan mo nakuha yung kotse for service and warranty.

We got our Innova from Toyota Alabang. PMS up to 20,oookm in Toyota San Pablo (Laguna). Now, DIY PMS na ko.

kasi yung friend ko, naka adventure (mitsubishi), pumunta kami sa ibang dealer, least priority siya. bwisit. kaya this time, gusto ko sanang kumuha sa maayos mag asikaso na branch.

hmm, hard decision to ah, medyo wala pa sigurong comparative experience sa ganito. mukhang sa inuman ko makukuha at matatanong kung kamusta ang after sales support sa mga may kotse na. specifically for toyota.

anyway, please continue to post in your experiences, LALO pag pangit ang support sa isang branch.

If you consider registration as part of after sales service then dont go to toyota shaw. 3 months after and still not even a transmittal to show proof of reg. Something is very wrong with that dealership.

Tagal ko nakuha plate sa Toyota Bel Air. Delivered May 2014 but got plate Jan 2015.

Toyota Bicutan Paranaque is still the best (if you're from the south).

Stay away from Toyota Alabang if you can.

A neighbor told me of his bad experience with Toyota Alabang (I assume this is the dealer along Alabang-Zapote Road on the way to BF Concha Cruz). He brought his Hilux for a paint & dent repair. It was supposed to be an easy 1-week job. Toyota Alabang didn't return the pickup after 2 weeks. When our neighbor inspected the pickup, he was surprised that the bumper was also repainted & repaired. He demanded the pickup to be released but the bumper still needed some work. Until the Toyota Alabang came clean and said the pickup was in an accident when it was used for a short run by the dealer crew. Epic Fail!!!

Updated sila at if ever na merong problem ang sasakyan by PMS, meron agad silang diagnosis at result, kung ano po yung dapat ayusin/replacement ng parts/components. at sasabihin sa iyo mismo. and hindi nila gagalawin yung parts/component na merong problem, without permission galing sa owner, kung meron nang go signal saka lang nila aayusin, at ibabalik nila mismo yung old parts/components na meron nang defect, at naka plastic sealed po ito.

kung heavy maintenance check naman, sasabihan po kayo agad ng assigned service adviser na hawak sa unit nyo kung release on time or delay. a day before dun sa committed date.
