Private seller kung kilala mo yung tao and the history of the car.

Mapa private man o used car dealer yan. Yung kotse. Wag magmadali sa pagbili. Alam mo dapat ang bibilin mo. Pareho mo lang naman sila babayaran. So walang advantage and disadvantage. Pareho lang silang seller.

No bearing.

Lalo na kung as is where is basis ang bentahan.

Bring a car expert para ma-inspect properly. Sugal ang pagbili ng 2nd hand.

Yup wag papasilaw sa low mileage.

Pero dito lamang yung kakilala mo yung private seller and lagi mo nakikita yung oto na bibilhin mo.

Kapag nakita mo na nag average sa 10k per year ang takbo, yan yun usual na mileage, below that is either laging natatraffic or talagang bihira gamitin, pero ganun pa man, hingan mo ng casa records or yung maintenance booklet, kapag wala naibigay, reset yan malamang.

Mas madali magpa overhaul kaysa body repair, mas mura pa.

Best to buy direct from the owner of the vehicle. Patience is the key. Used car salesman will almost always reverse the odometer. Have yet to meet an honest one.

Resetting will cost you PhP 4k and up, dadalhin mo lang yung panel mo, and it will take around from 10min to 1 hr depende sa kung anung sasakyan.

Iniiwasan ko ang magreset sa mga buy and sell dahil alam ko pano sila magnegosyo ng used cars.

The only advantage lang ng used car dealer based sa pag rresearch ko is, they do accept bank financing compared to private seller na mostly cash talaga.

I have some questions regarding buying 2nd hand car.

1.) How will I know kung may alarm yung sasakyan (nakakatakot baka carnap)?
2.) Let's say I just bought a second hand car, can I use it right away without having transfer of ownership pa?

working ka kaya ito system ng lto?

How to Verify Vehicle LTO Plate Number via SMS / text and know if it?s carnapped or with bad record of apprehension | LTO License Philippines

    Thank You!

How would I know then if totally bayad na yung sasakyan? Isn't that between the bank and borrower na? or pwede pa rin nilang hatakin even if you have deed of sale?

Check the CR kung encumbered pa. If it is hingi ka ng copy ng release of chattel mortgage.

Bring the orig OR CR, valid id ng seller, valid id mo and deed of sale.

    Baaam! Change owner na yan!
