Hi! Just bought myself a deh 4050ub last saturday for my mazda 323 gen 2. I was wondering on how to upgrade my sounds further without breaking the bank. I have 6k for a budget for speakers/tweeters et. some shop told me infinity is good? is it good and do you recommend an installer that can actually tune the sound system. I'm after sound quality. TIA!

check the thread for newbies. it's indicated there na after HU, replace mo muna front speakers. may recommended brands na rin dun.

kung mag upgrade ka ng sounds mo parang kukulangin ang 6k.. ok ang infinity for seperates, dun pa lang lampas na agad sa kalahati ang magagastos sa budget mo. try to go sa c3 car audio sa banawe.

Bang for the buck ang Targa. JBL GTO series, mas mahal ng konti pero mura at good quality. Crystal mura na great sound pa.

sir seps na kagad ang next niyan... medyo mahal ang infinity... pero ok talaga sound. onte onte na lang muna... kung makaipon ulit amp naman, ok talaga jbl for the price pero kung cheaper pa gusto, fenton or v12. basta minimum of 500w output and 4 ch para sure ball kaya lahat. huli mo na subs, jl audio is the best for me for sq. medyo pricy pero sustainable naman IMO.

+1 C3 audio sa banawe... ok talaga dun.

    Affordable din ang JBL.

I have spent 5K (all in including installation) for a pair for co-axials and a pair of separates. Still using the stock HU, but majot improvement on the sound quality over stock speakers.

san ka nag-painstall??? what model ng JBL sir? the GTI's and the GTO's kasi may go for 4 to 4.5k w/o installs eh

pero may mga shop na nag i include na ng installs sa price nila

Better ang GTO pag may amp kasi 2 Ohms sila. Mas mahal naman kung power series (4 Ohms) Stock HU can only go as low as 4 Ohms only

Since HU power lang, I used GT5-650C and GT5-652. Nag dagdag ako ng 200 para sa spacers for the woofer of the separates. So a total of 5.2K na damage.

May konting boom na compared to stock, pero iba pa rin kasi ang may sub. Comment ko lang is napaka lakas ng tweets nga mga JBL ko.

    Sa Sta. Rosa ako nagpakabit.

For 6k, get new separates, Crystal or Hertz. I have Crystals and they're great, I haven't heard Hertz yet pero ang daming good feedback.

Next step would be an amplifier. I suggest na gastusan mo na yun, pagipunan mo na.

    Hi guys,
i have the same question. Not to interfere with the original poster.
    I have this DEH-3050UB.
What if i only want to change my speakers only?
    No ampli and separates?
Im contented with my Mosfet 50Wx4
Will Targa 6" 4ohms 100W 2way will do for my Front speakers kapalit ng Kenwood stock my front speakers has a code of KFC-XXXXX kaya mukhang Kenwood yung speakers?

yung subs naman hindi lahat pang bayo bayo... for the sq type of setup, its there to complete the lower sound levels.

pero if your just asking for the interior speakers, then go for the targa na lang if limited ang budget. almost impossible na walang seps kung palit ka speakers. mas ok na may tweeters kahit walang amp.
if your going to ask me, then ill recommend that you go seps and 4 way 6X9 na coax... para may bass pa din kahit papano.

I have a pioneer deh-4050ub on a 323, how to proceed for next upgrades cheaply?
