Your alternator cannot handle the demands of your system specially if you have multi amp. To solve this problem is you will have to look at having your alternator rebuilt for higher output if you want more power than your alternator can give. Tskk, tskk, tskk, malaking storbo yan.

Sounds like you have a lack of power/current problem. It is also possible that the shutting down is due to the amps automatically protecting itself.

It would help if you mentioned your system specs/brand including the amperage of your alternator so that the gurus here can narrow down the possibilities.

pwede rin na mataas rating ng fuse na kinabit tapos nagproprotect yung amp due to high output.

try mo ganito, sa amp kasi may protect na ilaw yan... sounds ka habang tumatakbo engine tapos try to see if shutdown siya na mag-on ang protect. touch the amp na din if its hot.

masama laging protect ang amp, theres soething wrong with the connection.

v12 amp ba yan? usually v12 amp pag uminit or malakas volume madali mag auto protect .. may capacitor ka na ba?

not necessarily, v12 gamit ko pero i can handle more than 8 hours... bayo bayo pa... pag hawak mo naman maiinit pero ok lang... auto protect means that the supply is greater than it can handle.
