Hi, I'm on a tight budget so I'm searching for a headunit worth around 6k only. Preferably pioneer or alpine brands. Thanks!!

The tig P3999.00 na HU from Proline (found in most SM Hypermart) seems to have a good value for money - CD, MP3, WMA, Auxiliary In (sa front facia), SD card reader, USB reader among the main features. Wala na lang dito ay DVD, VCD player.

Malabo ang Alpine na below 6k, entry level yata is around 7-8k. Your best bet is indeed the Pioneer 4950

    3950 - 2 preout

    Mga peeps,
Anu naman po yung head unit na walang monitor at pwedeng salangan ng dvd/vcd kasi may monitor na ako at nasira na yung proline VCD hu ko (2 years lang tinagal). prefer ko sana yung may service center dito like sony and pioneer, magkano kaya budget ko nun.

tanong ko lang mga gurus: ang aux-in para sa i-pod and the like. tapos ang pre-out para sa mga tweeters, subs, etc ?

btw, iyong pioneer 1950 ( P4500 + ata) mas mura pero hindi siya mp3 capable (pero may aux-in). its ok i guess for people like me who do not use the cd mp3 format pero ang tanong ko, ang sound reproduction niya ok din kaya?

your sound will be as good as the aux cable you will use to connect your device to the HU.

hmmm, teaser 'to ah,.. meron din bang USB port 'to? mas maganda kasi kung meron na mga new HU models para updated sa specs and features.
