    Been a JL fanatic for 3 years now , pero i have tempting attempt sa THUNDER series ng MTX na bumili if may pera, they did smoked JL at the midwest IASCA finals . I still go for JL , legendary na ang W2 , ang W7 pa kaya .

    HERO : ur looking at dollar per watt , I believe JL Audio 13W7's cost around $1000 more or less . Not sure sa MTX .

    imo, JL and MTX are like Mercedes Benz and Honda...MTX makes a good sub for the money (and great SPL), but JL has the materials, the construction, the sound quality AND the power - and they've been doing it for years....but of course, you pay a lot more for it...

    One thing to consider as a factor din ay subok na ang JL Audio W7's subwoofers na tatagal n tortured tested ito from several sponsored competitions . Di ko alam tungkol sa MTX Thunder 9000's if they do really are worth the money . Its possible na cheaper ito sa JL Audio yet life span ay half lang sa JL of same usage n abuse . Quality over quantity .

    jl audio. its been proven how jl works. bangis. like others have said, tried and tested na ang jl. even their amps and component speakers are very good. medyo mas expensive nga lang. pero its worth it.
