The answer to your actual question is NO!
That would constitute perputal motion, which everyone should know is impossible. You could add your sub alone. Just cut the wire on the sub tap into your car speakers wire(+/-) then your on your way. Again, speakers materials that home speakers are made of, aren't designed to withstand the extremes of heat, cold, humidity etc of being outside. Those monitor subs wouldn't last very long that kind of torture.
